You were charged more than the agreed amount.
The service was cancelled within the allowable cancellation window before it began.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
If the issue is resolved and you later change your mind.
If the problem lies with unsupported hardware, software, or poor device condition.
If you fail to follow instructions or recommendations provided by our team.
